To order the products you are interested in, you have the following options:

Payment methods

 For your best service, you can choose to pay for your purchases in the following ways:

1) by cash at our store 17 Gounari, Glyfada, Athens, TK 16562

2) by credit-debit card in our store (except American Express and Diners)

3) with advance payment 40% and payment before delivery (within and outside Attica) to our company accounts below

4) by bank depositing the entire amount of the order to our company accounts below

In deposits, we require the customer's last name to be written on the front of the justification.

In any case, payment of an order is certified by a receipt signed by our company.

Please email the copy of the payment order to info@e-fontana.gr . Your order will be shipped after deposit confirmation provided the items are available.

When a deposit is selected for payment, it must be made within 2 days, for example if an order is placed on the 3rd of the month the deposit must be made by 15:00 on the 5th of the month, otherwise the order is cancelled.

When an order is delivered directly from one of our suppliers, it is not accompanied by a sales document.

In these cases the documents are sent by email or post within approximately 3-10 days.

Until full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of the selling company.

According to the Tax Law 3842/2010 article 20 § 3 "Tax items with a total value of five hundred (500) euros and more, issued for sales of goods or provision of services to private individuals, are paid by their recipients, buyers of the goods or services, through a bank, with debit or credit cards or through a bank account and with overnight checks. Payment of these items in cash is not permitted.

Therefore, orders with a value of more than 500 euros including taxes and other charges should be paid either by credit card or by depositing into an account. For each order with payment option deposit to an account see the section below.

In the event that a special order is cancelled, i.e. an order whose items are outside the normal flow (e.g. specially ordered for the specific customer) or items for which delivery has been booked on a special date, the deposit money will not be refunded in any way or repayment.

For special categories of products, such as for example handmade products that come on order, e.g. bathroom furniture, mirrors, washbasins or are of very high value, or outside the normal flow of e-fontana.gr, an advance payment or payment will be requested, before the order is placed .
